1. About PhysioVity

PhysioVity is a physiotherapy brand that connects patients with registered physiotherapists and partner clinics across Delhi NCR. We provide home-visit, in-clinic, and online physiotherapy consultation services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services independently. Parents or legal guardians may book on behalf of minors. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Services & Booking

  • All bookings are subject to therapist availability in your area.
  • Pricing is communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on service type, location, and condition.
  • Payment is made directly to the partner clinic unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 4 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may incur a fee or affect future bookings.
  • Refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical history and current health information
  • Disclose any conditions that may affect treatment safety
  • Follow the physiotherapist's recommendations and home exercise plans
  • Treat our physiotherapists with respect
  • Provide a safe environment for home visits
  • Pay agreed fees on time

6. Medical Disclaimer

Physiotherapy services at PhysioVity are provided by registered physiotherapists. However, physiotherapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. Please refer to our full Medical Disclaimer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by PhysioVity or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

8. Partner Clinics & Physiotherapists

While we carefully vet our partner clinics and physiotherapists, they operate as independent healthcare providers. The quality and outcome of treatment depend on various factors including your condition, adherence to the treatment plan, and individual response to therapy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhysioVity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

10. User Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you submit.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:
