Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want your experience with PhysioVity to be positive and fair. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work.

1. Session Cancellations

We understand life happens. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both patients and our physiotherapists' time.

  • More than 4 hours before session: Free cancellation or rescheduling
  • Less than 4 hours before session: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session fee may apply
  • No-shows: Full session fee may be charged

2. Rescheduling

You can reschedule a session without penalty if you notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling multiple times may affect future bookings.

3. Session Packages

Many patients purchase packages (multiple sessions at a discounted rate). For packages:

  • Unused sessions from packages are refundable on a prorated basis, minus any applicable cancellation fees
  • Package sessions must typically be used within 3 months of purchase (specific timeframe communicated at purchase)
  • Refunds on packages are calculated at single-session rates for sessions already taken

4. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • PhysioVity cancels your session due to physiotherapist unavailability (full refund or complimentary reschedule)
  • Technical or scheduling error on our side
  • Medical reasons preventing you from continuing treatment (with documentation)
  • Dissatisfaction reported within 24 hours of the first session (case-by-case review)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not typically issued for:

  • Sessions already completed
  • Change of mind after a session has been delivered
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations beyond our cancellation policy
  • Dissatisfaction with treatment outcome when services were delivered professionally (medicine cannot guarantee specific results)

6. Refund Process

If you're eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact us at care@physiovity.com or +91 96502 49878 within 7 days of the session
  2. Provide your booking details and reason for refund
  3. We'll review your request and respond within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

7. Dispute Resolution

If you're unhappy with any service or billing, reach out directly — we'll always try to resolve concerns amicably. For unresolved disputes, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Delhi, India.

8. Therapist or Clinic Dissatisfaction

If you're uncomfortable with a specific physiotherapist or clinic, let us know. We'll match you with a different provider at no extra cost. Your comfort is important to your recovery.

9. Payment Issues

If you were charged incorrectly or charged twice, contact us immediately. Billing errors are resolved and refunded within 5 business days of verification.
